What happens if my flight to Crete is delayed?
There is absolutely no need to worry. We monitor all incoming flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will adjust their schedule and be waiting for you when you land, at no extra charge.
Do you provide child or baby seats?
Yes, your family's safety is our top priority. We provide premium, rigorously tested baby and booster seats. Simply let us know the age and weight of your child when booking, and we will have the seat professionally installed before we pick you up.
How far in advance should I book my transfer?
While we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, we highly recommend booking your transfer at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. For weddings and full-day excursions, reaching out a few weeks ahead ensures we have the perfect vehicle reserved for your specific date.
Can we customize our excursion itinerary?
Absolutely! Our private excursions are 100% tailored to you. While we offer popular routes to destinations like Balos and Elafonisi, you control the pace. If you want to stay longer at a beach or stop at a local taverna for lunch, just let your driver know!
How do I pay for my transfer or tour?
For your convenience, you may pay your chauffeur directly in cash at the conclusion of your journey. Secure credit card payments are also perfectly fine upon prior request. Please note that all of our fares are charged in Euros (€).
